The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program offers an Extended School Year (ESY) classroom option for students with deafness or hearing impairments. This is a program serving students who demonstrate regression and limited ability to recoup academic information during planned school breaks.
The program typically runs three hours per day, three days per week, for a four-week period during the months of July and August but can be individualized based on student and district need.
Students attend summer programs in a variety of settings and receive services as determined by their IEP team.
