We offer our congratulations to Dr. Michelle Reichard-Huff, Director of the Office of Early Childhood and Student Services, on her appointment to the Threshold Rehabilitation Services Board of Directors.

Threshold Rehabilitation Services is a Berks County nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs through employment, community engagement, and supportive services.

Dr. Reichard-Huff brings extensive experience in special education, student services, and advocacy for individuals with disabilities. Throughout her career, she has been committed to creating opportunities that help individuals learn, grow, and participate fully in their communities. At the BCIU, she oversees programs that support children, students, and families from early childhood through the transition to adulthood.

As a member of the Threshold Board, Dr. Reichard-Huff will lend her expertise to advancing services that promote independence, opportunity, and meaningful community participation. Her appointment reflects a longstanding commitment to strengthening support systems for individuals with disabilities and helping build a stronger, more accessible Berks County for all.
