Congratulations to the 34 staff members who completed the Spring 2026 Emerging Leaders Program, facilitated by Dr. Dan Richards, Carissa Noel, and Michelle Roberts of the Office of Professional Learning. Representing offices and programs across the organization, these individuals demonstrated a strong commitment to personal growth, collaboration, and leadership in action.
Throughout this engaging learning experience, participants came together for a series of sessions centered on self-awareness, communication, and essential leadership skills. More importantly, they leaned into meaningful conversations, reflected on their strengths, and explored how leadership is demonstrated each day—regardless of title or role. Their willingness to grow, challenge themselves, and support one another is what made this cohort exceptional.
A special thank you as well to the 24 staff members who volunteered to guide and support participants along the way. Serving as reflective partners, mentors provide encouragement, perspective, and space for thoughtful conversation—helping to enhance learning and strengthen connections across programs and offices.
