Representatives from legal and board governance leadership came together at the Pennsylvania Association of Pupil Services Administrators (PAPSA) Conference for the session Bridging Law and Board Governance: What Pupil Services Leaders Need to Know, held April 9, 2026, at The Inn at Leola Village.

The panel discussion, facilitated by Dr. Michelle Reichard-Huff, Director of Early Childhood & Student Services, featured James Brophy, Boyertown Area School District Board representative on the BCIU Board, who shared valuable board‑level insights on governance, oversight, and collaboration with administration to support effective pupil services.
