When the recent snowstorm hit, the BCIU’s operations teams¾maintenance, transportation, and custodial¾rose to the challenge to keep our facilities safe and accessible. Despite the conditions, these dedicated employees closely monitored weather developments and took swift, critical action to clear parking lots, walkways, and buses, while managing the many behind-the-scenes responsibilities essential to reopening our buildings and resuming operations safely.
Their efforts reflect a strong commitment to teamwork, service, and the well-being of the entire BCIU community. Because of their coordination and care, staff and students were able to return to clean, safe, and well-prepared environments as quickly as possible.
