On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, BCIU and Pennsylvania Key staff came together to celebrate BCIU Day, honoring the dedication, teamwork, and impact that make the BCIU a great place to work. Employees showed their BCIU spirit by wearing red “Service in Action: Aspire. Adapt. Advance.” t-shirts and jeans, sharing smiles, and capturing the day with colleagues and teams.
