The PA School Climate Leadership Initiative (SCLI) through the PA Intermediate Units provides support to schools and school districts interested in improving school climate.
The SCLI works with individual schools and through regional networks to build leadership capacity within school communities to lead comprehensive and sustainable school climate improvement. A key component of this work is the use of a the National School Climate Center’s five-stage school climate improvement process that integrates school climate improvement strategies with other valued initiatives.
Each Pennsylvania Intermediate Unit has a staff person, known as a School Climate Regional Coordinator (SCRC), designated to support schools and districts interested in SCLI.
