Federal Programs founded on the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) known in the past as No Child Left Behind (NCLB) and currently known as Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) are designed to close the achievement gap by focusing on barriers brought about by poverty and language.
Title programs include Title I A, Title I D, Title I G, Title II A, Title II B, Title II D, Title III, and Title VI B. Regional new Federal Programs Coordinator training and support to districts in their application and use of federal program funding are provided.
