The Berks County Intermediate Unit serves as a HUB within Berks County to provide family engagement, mental health, health, and disability services to infants and toddlers in Child Care partnerships throughout Early Head Start.
The program serves close to 40 infants and toddlers in Berks County in two local, non-BCIU child care sites.
