Comprehensive Planning is a web-based framework for thoughtful, data-driven, and research-based district and school planning. The purpose of this planning is to impact student achievement and growth for the total student group, as well as for individual student groups.
Comprehensive Planning assists local education agencies (school districts, charter schools, career and technical centers, and intermediate units) in creating and managing a continuous, comprehensive plan to submit to Pennsylvania Department of Education in order to maintain compliance with state and federal mandates.
In addition to providing support with planning requirements, comprehensive planning processes, and web application navigation, technical assistance is available to aid districts with root-cause analysis, goal development, and action plan sequence design.
