Participants will learn about the most dangerous cyber threats to K-12 networks, how to address urgent vulnerabilities, and what to do if an incident happens at your school. In addition, participants will learn through a unique multi-session collaborative program designed to train school officials in the basics of cyber risk management and deliver customized cybersecurity program plans to each district.
Deliverables for participating organizations include: a Cybersecurity Self-Assessment; (1) completed Phishing Campaign; Information Security Program Plan; recommendations for technology training, future programming, and resources (budget and staff); and (1) vulnerability scan.
