Continuum of Skills Training is a three-day workshop for educators who have not been previously trained on the completed Continuum of Skills. It will focus on the Continuum of Skills for children with disabilities who need to develop prerequisite skills prior to accessing the general education curriculum.
The focus of the training will be the introduction of the continuum, including each of its target areas, and goal- prioritization for individual students.
Planning for individual student needs and IEP goal writing will be addressed based on data collection on specified skill areas in the continuum.
