Behavioral Self-Regulation will provide educators with a method for teaching students to regulate their behaviors related to stress, anxiety, and sensory input. Participants will learn to teach students to identify and rate their own levels of anxiety/agitation as well as teach methods for independently implementing strategies to change their behavior.
Additionally, participants will learn how to teach students to identify early signs of stress and anxiety so that they can intervene early and provide students with life skills to prevent behavioral challenges and become independent self-regulators.
