Angel Green serves as the Assistant Director for Finance in the Office of Business Services. In her role, she administers the daily financial operations of the Berks County Intermediate Unit (BCIU) including grant oversight and audit coordination.

Prior to joining the BCIU, Ms. Green served as the Assistant Director of Business Administration at the Parkland School District and the Business Manager at the Blue Mountain School District.

Before assuming the leadership roles at the Parkland and Blue Mountain School Districts, she served as a senior auditor for Jones and Company and performed audits of Local Education Agencies (LEAs).

Ms. Green earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant.
