The Office of Business Services & Operations provides accounting, budgeting, audit, payroll, and support services to all BCIU programs; as well as offering services to internal and external clients and partners, including printing, duplicating, microfilming, and document imaging. In addition, this office coordinates transportation for Antietam School District, BCIU Child Care, Berks Career & Technology Center (BCTC), Muhlenberg School District, Reading School District, Tulpehocken Area School District, and YMCA Day Care.
In her roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Donna DeLoretta is responsible for developing and supervising all management services relative to all the components/programs that comprise the Intermediate Unit.
In her role, Lucille Gallis is responsible for developing and managing all business financials as they relate to all the components/programs that comprise the Intermediate Unit including management of the overall accounting, daily financial operations, and payroll.
