A Multi-Tiered System of Support is a three-tier system in Pennsylvania and has been established to ensure the success of all students.
The MTSS process allows school personnel to assess how well students respond to the instruction they receive, and provides a system to present increasing levels of intensity to students who are struggling with curricular expectations.
