Through consultation and training services, Berks County Intermediate Unit supports districts and schools in the comprehensive planning process. Comprehensive plans are developed by school entities as a means to improve school systems and to maintain compliance with state and federal mandates under Chapter 4, Chapter 14, Chapter 16, and Chapter 12.
