With limits on in-person gatherings, the Berks County Academic Challenge is moving to a virtual format for the 2020-2021 school year.
Teams from 16 Berks County high schools will compete in four days of competitions beginning January 28. The contests will be held via Zoom and utilize the Buzzin.live app to allow students to participate whether their school district is hosting in-person or virtual instruction.
Academic Challenge is a fast-paced game show that tests students’ recall of academic material. The winning team from the competition will represent Berks County in the annual state-wide competition in Harrisburg, tentatively scheduled for April 30, 2021.
