As teachers, trainers, administrators, and businesses rely more heavily on e-communications, they can trust in BCIU’s technical repair services to provide maintenance, repair, parts, and supplies to support both electronic equipment and business machines.

BCIU’s technology maintenance and repair services are available to all Berks County schools, as well as government offices and nonprofit organizations. Items serviced include:

BCIU also stocks an assortment of replacement parts and supplies for most of the equipment serviced, including videocassette tapes, audio cassettes, and lamps and bulbs for slide, overhead, and film projectors.

Audiovisual Repair Services

Repair of all audio and video equipment for school districts in Berks and Schuylkill counties and other nonprofit organizations is performed by BCIU’s trained and experienced service technicians.

Computer & Network Maintenance, Repairs, & Supplies

BCIU’s technical repair shop has technicians, certified by Comptia A+, Dell, and Apple, who can help with all of your computer maintenance, repair, and upgrade needs. We provide free estimates and quick-response repair services on computers and peripherals, and we support most major manufacturers. Our facility is an authorized Apple and Dell warranty service center.

The staff of the BCIU technical repair shop can handle all computer upgrade needs, including new memory installation, add-on boards, network cards, hard drives, and video cards. In addition, we stock a large assortment of replacement parts and supplies for most of the equipment we service, including:

Computer batteries

Disk, CD, DVD, and CD/R drives
