In order to help Berks County school districts properly respond to medical emergencies, BCIU’s knowledgeable instructors provide customized, cost-effective training in CPR, first aid, and the use of automated external defibrillators. AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION COURSES

  • Heartsaver CPR/ First Aid
  • Pediatric First Aid
  • AED (automated external defibrillator)
  • Classes adjusted to meet your needs.
  • Certification is valid for two years.

QUALIFIES FOR:

  • Act 48 hours
  • Paraprofessional training hours
  • Requirements for personal care assistants (PCAs)
