Customizable, comfortably appointed meeting environments feature:
Meeting rooms are available every day for use between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Additional fees for security and housekeeping will be charged beyond the BCIU’s normal operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Catering and technical services and equipment are available at additional cost.
Rooms are available for full-day (more than four hours) or half-day (four hours or less) rentals. The half-day rate is half of the full-day rate. Room rates include tables and chairs set up in conference, cooperative learning, classroom, or theater configurations.
