Document Imaging
Preserve
your records permanently within the space of a bookshelf using document imaging
technology. Our technicians will digitally scan your documents, convert them to
Portable Document Format (PDF) files, and burn them onto permanent data
CD-ROMs. The files are readable on any computer using the free,
industry-standard, Adobe Acrobat Reader program. A single CD-ROM can store up
to six boxes of paper files (depending upon content) and has an estimated
lifespan of 100 years. Document Imaging is the solution to your space and
preservation problems.

Printing and Duplicating
Our
well-equipped shop offers quality, high-speed, black and white copying and
superb direct print/color copying at exceptional prices for school districts
and nonprofit organizations. The Xerox 6100 delivers up to 6,000 – 8.5"
x 11" sheets per hour for quick turnarounds in black and white copies,
while the Xerox Docucolor12 produces full-color digital work that rivals
4-color offset printing at a price that makes smaller color runs affordable.
Our offset duplicator economically prints single sheets and carbonless
multipart forms in quantity. Plus, we offer a variety of job finishes,
including folds, booklets, and bindings. We welcome large quantity jobs, such
as brochures, school calendars, and course selection guides and also encourage
specialty jobs, such as posters and signs. Our emphasis is on customer service
and unique solutions to your educational printing problems.
