E-Rate Discount Support

Berks County Intermediate Unit provides assistance in the development of E-Rate applications that school districts submit to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The FCC provides discounts on telecommunications services to schools and libraries in order to advance communications interconnectivity. Services to schools include:

assistance in the completion of E-Rate forms

technical support

E-Rate information distribution

receiving site for E-Rate teleconferences
