The
Office of Management Services directs the financial operation of BCIU and provides business administration
consulting services to school districts and nonprofit organizations. In
addition, the division provides accounting, budgeting, audit, payroll, and support services to all BCIU departments. The division offers these services and others, including printing, duplicating,
microfilming, and document imaging, to an expanding list of clients and
partners.

Curriculum, Staff Development, and Related Services Division is committed to
providing quality programs, products, and services that assist public and
nonpublic schools and the educational community in helping all children be
successful learners.
This division administers early care and education programs including Child Care and Head Start, curriculum, staff development, related services, services to nonpublic schools, and the Governor’s Early Learning Team.
