The Asian Studies Collaborative (ASC)
supports educators in their efforts to incorporate programs in Asian language
and culture into the K-12 curriculum.
The Berks County Intermediate Unit (BCIU)
launched the Asian Studies Collaborative in 2009. The ASC represents a unique
collaboration of educators, business persons, and community members who share a
keen interest in expanding knowledge of Asian history, culture, and language.
