RENTAL RATES

Meeting rooms are available every day for use between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Additional fees for security and housekeeping will be charged beyond the BCIU’s normal operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., as follows:

Weekdays - $40/room after 4 p.m.
Weekends - $40/room vacating by 3 p.m.
Weekends - $40/hour vacating after 3 p.m.

Catering and technical services and equipment are available at additional cost.

Anyone requesting the use of BCIU meeting rooms will be classified into one of four categories

Pennsylvania Department of Education, school districts, and intermediate units
Community groups (non-commercial use)
Commercial educational institutions
Other commercial organizations

Rooms are available for full-day (four or more hours' use) or half-day rentals. The half-day rate is half of the full-day rate. Room rates include tables and chairs set up in conference, cooperative learning, classroom, or theater configurations.
