HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPALS

High school principals from Berks County's 18 public school districts, two parochial schools, and career and technology centers meet on a monthly basis. The meetings provide an opportunity for the principals to learn more about initiatives such as Project 720 and dual enrollment, and to find out what schools throughout the county are doing. Roundtable discussions involve scheduling, course scope and sequence, administrative professional development, and other topics of interest as indicated by the group.

The principals have a joint meeting with the athletic directors and the Berks County Interscholastic Athletic Association twice a year.

All meetings run from 12:00-3:00 p.m. at the BCIU. The meeting schedule for the 2009-2010 school year are:
