CLASSROOMS FOR THE FUTURE

Classrooms for the Future is a high school reform project designed to change instructional practice in English, math, science, and social studies classrooms and increase student attendance and achievement. Fifteen schools in Berks County currently participate in the CFF program.

To help each of the CFF school districts succeed in Berks County, the BCIU's Educational Technology Services (ETS) Department furnishes a Technology Integration Mentor (BCIU-TIM), who acts as a support and resource for the CFF coaches and the other CFF district team members. The BCIU-TIM is responsible for developing and facilitating a professional learning community for all the CFF coaches.

ETS coordinates monthly meetings and visitations and provides workshops and trainings for CFF participants.
