RMCTC NEWSLETTER
When Gerald Witmer, administrative director of Reading Muhlenberg Career and Technology Center, approached us about helping him create and publish a newsletter for the school, we enthusiastically accepted the challenge. There was a need for more proactive communication among all constituents, and "Jere" had a vision for the project and was committed to making it a high-quality publication.

It all began with a name for the newsletter and creating a masthead to define it. After sketching ideas, a design was created that incorporated a variegated grid and defined type styles for body text, headlines, and captions. We interviewed students and alumni, wrote articles and other textual content, shot photographs to illustrate some of the articles, and prepared the files for the RMCTC print shop. The result is a highly graphical, colorful, and interesting-to-read newsletter that communicates effectively about RMCTC's dynamic programs and people and the progressive learning that takes place there.
