EI RECRUITMENT AD

When increased funding enabled the BCIU Early Intervention Program to serve more children, a need arose for additional qualified staff. This newspaper ad was created to help recruit teachers and assistants, service consultants, and speech therapists.

A special promotion made the use of color an economical option. The ad was designed to appeal to big-hearted individuals with the disposition to serve children with special needs.

Strong geometrical graphics and stock photos of cute pre-schoolers combine to give the ad a large dose of visual interest. It would be difficult to ignore the children's faces looking out at you from the printed page, especially if you wanted to work in education.
