- Conference
Participants face each other while seated around a rectangle of tables. Recommended for group discussions.
- Cooperative Learning
Participants face each other while seated around two tables pushed together. Recommended for workshops.
- Classroom
Participants face the presenter or head table while seated at tables arranged in rows.
- Theater
Participants face the presenter while seated in chairs arranged in rows.
The totals below indicate the maximum number of people that can be accommodated in a particular room based on the type of configuration selected.
