Whom do I contact if I've forgotten my username or password?

Your username is your e-mail address. If you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot My Password" link on the login page or e-mail info@mylearningplan.com.

How do I review my existing reservations?

Log in to your account. The "My Courses" screen displays detailed information about your past, present, and future activities.

When you click the activity/course title, you can do any of the following:

    • Review registration status
    • Get activity/course information
    • Get directions
    • Print a completion certificate
    • Print a receipt

How do I monitor registration status?

Monitoring course registration is easy. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the activity/course title
  3. Review the registration summary section

How to I drop/cancel a registration?

Canceling a registration is easy. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the activity/course title
  3. Click the "Drop" link
  4. For fee-based workshops:
    Registrants who cancel their registration on the day of the event or fail to show up will not receive a refund.

What is the attendance policy for a course/workshop?

PDE’s policy requires 100 percent attendance for graduate and/or Act 48 credit(s) to be earned. Instructors may grant exceptions in emergency situations; however, all class requirements must be fulfilled. Participants who leave a workshop early may not receive credit for the Act 48 hours advertised.

Who is responsible for reporting course credit and workshop Act 48 information?

The BCIU is responsible for reporting course credit and workshop Act 48 hours for participants who successfully complete events, for purposes of recording Act 48 credit with PDE. This reporting system requires the use of the participant’s personal professional identification number.

For CPE courses, each participant will be issued letters in triplicate certifying course completion.

What is the cancellation policy for a course/workshop?

The Berks County Intermediate Unit reserves the right to cancel any and all courses/workshops due to insufficient enrollment. Notification of cancellations will be made by e-mail. In the event your course or workshop is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, you may register for any other available activity. Event times, dates, locations, and costs, while unlikely, may change due to unforeseen circumstances. For additional information, please view the online catalog or e-mail betkoz@berksiu.org.

How do I print a receipt or completion certificate?

If you paid for a course/activity, you can print a receipt. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the activity/course title
  3. Click the "Print Receipt" link

What are the inclement weather procedures?

In the event of inclement weather, please visit the BCIU homepage at www.berksiu.org for updated information. If the Berks County Intermediate Unit administrative offices are closed, all professional development activities are canceled.

What is the dress policy for BCIU events?

BCIU's regular dress standard is professional business attire. Some events, including some workshops and professional development activities, are business casual events. Please check to see which dress policy is in effect for the event you plan to attend.
