LONG RANGE PLAN
|
The Berks County Intermediate Unit initiated a comprehensive assessment and planning process in 2004-2005. Input from focus groups and surveys revealed valuable insights into the agency's strengths, challenges, and opportunities. The findings of the assessment process were synthesized into a select set of themes and goals.
The resulting Long-range Organizational Development Plan was approved by the BCIU Board of Directors in August 2005. The full plan and a synopsis of it are available by clicking on the links below.
