OFFICE OF THE Assistant Executive Director

As the assistant executive director of the BCIU, Stanley H. Kita Jr. oversees the areas of transportation, information technology, operations, maintenance, and purchasing.

Stan came to the BCIU in March 2002 after serving 13 years in the Fleetwood Area School District as an elementary principal, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. Prior to his administrative experience in Fleetwood he was an elementary classroom teacher in the Catasauqua Area School District in Lehigh County.

Stan earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Bloomsburg State College and a master’s degree in educational administration, as well as his Principal’s Certification and Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility, from Lehigh University.
